Delighted to find this friendly and well-organized bustling Cafe on a hot afternoon after a trip to the beach and lots of the traditional Portuguese Savory pastries as well as sandwiches and nice Cakes as well. Very friendly and helpful stuff and a reasonably efficient system with no difficulty getting tables the only downside was the long wait for the toilets.

The ice creams, coffee and pastry are good but the variety of ice cream flavours is not too wide.
The service could easily be improved as they are not too kind or smily.

Waited for around 20 minutes tonight to buy an icecream cone with other people served before me who arrived later than I did with a ticket system in place to ensure people were served in order of arrival. Didn't make me feel like a valued customer and I won't be back.

Friendly staff. The ice creams are homemade and are mouth-watering. It's worth waiting in line. The price you pay at "Prime", here you pay almost the same for bigger ice cream balls!!! I totally recommend this place!

Lovely place, very beautifully decorated and impressive prices for what you get.
The Ice creams are very very good, you should try them.
The only problem i see with the place is that is always crowded.
Should invest in more space for workers.
