We ate dinner here, just a main each with a bottle of wine to share, the house red. After a friendly welcome, the service was excellent and the food likewise. Honest home cooking served generously. The wine was excellent and, like the food, very reasonably priced. Would certainly return if in the area again.

We stopped for a light lunch and were very happy we had.
Our waitress appreciated my attempts at speaking Portuguese and helped me out when I was struggling.
Our food was served very promptly and was extremely good value and traditional for the region.
I had octopus with megas which I would recommend -it was a dish of the day.
Hoped for something slightly tastier. Low quality (cough medicine) sangria. Pork was not good. Fries not good. Service good though.
