“worth the walk!”

Reviewed 6 June 2012

A bit of a walk from the road. we visited in a thunderstorm! exciting sitting in a hot spring with a flash flood in the river nearby and lightning and thunder directly overhead. an experience not to be forgotten!

I went to the hot springs with a group of people and so had a good time. I did not think they were extra remarkable, but it was fun to go from one hot spring to the next one and then to cool off at the river. Bring some beers put cool in the river!

But that does not mean don't go! It is an experience getting there and then sitting in the open pools, moving a log or two if necessary, but it is clean and about as natural as you can get. The lady there usually takes $2 when you walk past her house and you then stay as long as you like. Your body will feel better after an hour or so in the waters.

It's ok, but if you have seen other Hot Spring with nice set up, like some in Costa Rica...you may be disappointed...go with not to much of expectation....but is still good to see. There is like 4 hot spring, with clean water...like 4 small pool

We thought the hot springs were quaint. Short walk up and relaxing by the river was grand!
