We always prefer staying in smaller boutique hotels rather than the large, busy hotels and Auberge Saint-Antoine certainly fit the bill. The location is perfect. Close to great restaurants and walking to old Quebec City. The historical nature of the hotel site is displayed throughout the hotel. Service was excellent, personnel friendly and helpful.

We have never been disappointed when staying in "Auberge" properties.

On arrival, reception were super impressive calling in someone especially to check us in as the other two were busy. Service was so warm and welcoming. The concierge duo of Dominic and his highly witty assistant were professional and outstanding: ‘When you go out of that door, turn left and fall in love with Quebec City...’ - excellent advice - it’s truly enchanting. Spa treatments were expertly organised as well as recommendations for restaurants and where to visit. The hotel is just perfect. Quiet, comfortable with good sized rooms and interesting artefacts discovered when they excavated to enlarge the hotel. Service is outstanding - relaxed yet professional. My spa treatment (manicure and shellac) was meticulous, so much so we missed our lunchtime reservation! This hotel knows what guests need and how to do customer service - 5 star.....

What a truly wonderful boutique hotel. Aside from an excellent location and parking facilities the hotel exhulted charm preserving its historical heritage with modern comforts. But above all it’s always service that distinguishes and separates a hotel from its peers and hence the reason that for me Auberge Saint Antoine is the only choice.

We were thoroughly spoiled by our stay at Auberge Saint - Antoine. Convenient location yet quiet. Quick elevators got us easily to our floor. The fluffiest towels, a plush robe and slippers, a deep tub and Beekman toiletries coddled us in the bath after busy days of sightseeing. Turn down service included bottled water, dim lighting and calm music playing on a CD player. A low tech postcard left on the night table with the next day’s weather report was a nice touch. No need to turn on your electronics at bedtime unless you really want to. Bed and pillows were super comfortable even though we had a Queen are are used to a king. We took advantage of Chez Muffy, the on-site restaurant for two breakfasts and one dinner and particularly enjoyed dinner. Check out the decor and ambience too, as well as the food. The hotel has several little quiet nooks near the lounge for relaxing with a cocktail, wine or coffee. Having real half and half in the room fridge for in room morning coffee is a nice change from the awful powdered stuff most hotels provide. Throughout our four night stay we felt treated like very special family by the entire staff. Paradise? Yes! And no snakes either.

I found this hotel through trip advisor and am so glad that we stayed here for a three-day vacation to Quebec in late June of 2018. The location is fantastic, the room we had was wonderful, and the service of the hotel staff was as good as it gets - warm, friendly, and authentic. One of the best buffet breakfasts you could ask for at Muffy's.
