This was our first stay (4 days) in this charming city and Fleur de Lys made it perfect!
The owner, front desk people, and housekeeping people were all very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our breakfasts, especially the fresh warm croissants and excellent coffee! Our last morning I had forgotten to make reservations for breakfast but was graciously invited to come down in 1/2 hour and enjoy breakfast. (Time to bake the croissants!) That was so helpful as we were packing up.
We had a quaint 3rd floor room ,great price , wonderful queen size bed and great pillows. Each time, checking in and out ,we had help with our luggage. Thankful for the warm robes!!
Thank you for a delightful stay in your beautiful city!!

We stayed four nights in this beautiful boutique hotel steps from everything in Old Québec City. We were at first taken aback at the small size of our superior queen room but the charm and cleanliness quickly won us over. The room was thoughtfully and meticulously decorated in a nautical theme and each piece made the cozy room all the more special. The bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean with a large shower with both a rainforest head and a handheld. The staff were friendly and accommodating and even though we are very much do-it-yourselfers, just knowing that there was help at hand was reassuring. We didn't take the breakfast but it looked amazing and the recently renovated front room in which it was served was spectacular. We went to the Summer Music Festival and it was a comfortable stroll from the hotel, as were all the restaurants we sampled during our stay. All in all, a delightful trip and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Old Renewed Victorian Hotel, Perfect location, even though its in the old town the hotel is located in a nice quiet area within walking distance to everything , The owners have made this charming place a haven for travelers, no expense has been spared, the bed in my room and furnishings were extremely comfortable , very large room with view on the Chateau Frontenac and side view of the river. I loved the huge windows and the beautiful chandelier. A home away from home . Reception were all very accomodating and friendly. Parking was easily accessible and continental breakfast was just enough . The only drawn back might be the stairs for some people, otherwise it’s a perfect stay.

Room Tip: All rooms are beautiful!

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for your words but also for your 10 nights stay in our Suite Florence Adelaïde White. We are very pleased to read that you have adopted our place and that your consider it as your new address in Quebec-city. We hope to welcome you again when you will return for your holidays.
Regarding the stairs, and of course we know that you are not speaking for you because you stayed at the first floor, they are there and will remain there and people who want to stay with us have to be able and willing to climb two storeys (that said only 5 rooms out of 16 are located on the 2nd floor). Let's say that this the price to pay to stay in one of the best hotels in Canada - according the TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice ranking - ;-)

Looking forward for your next stay,

Kind regards

Olivier & Romuald

Stayed here in July, very busy in town, but this hotel is just off the main roads which was very nice to have it a little more quiet and peaceful. Right out main doors you see st Lawrence and it sits right under Plains of Abraham. Location was perfect. Room was small yet comfortable and had a wonderful balcony. Room was clean and decorations eclectic. Only complaint was bed mattress was a little too soft for my liking. Other than that , enjoyed the stay!

Dear Kim,

Thank you very much for your recent stay and for your nice words about our hotel (its location, its decor and amenities). We also read your comment about the mattress, usually the feedback about are bedding are excellent, but we are going to check it, and will ask to several customers their point of view about it (in hotels mattress quality is question of average opinion). If it appears that the mattress is too soft for most of the clients of the room we will promptly change it (based on the information of your review we have been able to identify the room where your stayed in)

Looking forward to welcome you soon for another stay,

Kind regards

Olivier & Romuald

Great boutique hotel perfectly situated for touring the old city. They now have their own parking next to the hotel. Though it is not free, it is very convenient as most small hotels have valet parking. Friendly and helpful staff. They will gladly suggest restaurants, give you directions and information about various places.
Rooms: Our room (Junior suite) was nicely renovated. Shower and toilet separated into two small spaces which was convenient. Beds (especially) and pillows very comfortable. Quiet, you don’t much if any street noise as it is in a quiet residential area next to a park. Two blocks from the Frontenac hotel and St. Louis Street with a variety of restaurants.
Accessibility: (I use a cane) there is no elevator, a winding staircase to the upper floors, but with handrails on both sides. Entrance from the street has 5-6 stairs, handrail on the right. The staff will carry your bags upstairs for you.
Breakfast: Worth the extra charge. A selection of things, fresh Croissants, bread, cheese, fruit, cereal, yogurt. Coffee, tea, juice, milk. Served in a bright, airy room by the entrance.
Would definitely return.
