On my last day I discovered a little sealed cup treat smelled like spam... excellent for spreading on bread. My wife got creative and placed sliced cheese on toast--into the Microwave for about 5 secs and ....GRILLED CHEESE. PCs available to guest, or they'll help you at the desk with acquiring your Boarding Pass.With a fridge in the room, we purchased 4 bottles of water (22oz ea) in the DOLLARAMA in the mall for $1.00-CAN. We took #803 ($3.50CAN), got a free-transfer, taking #801 and got downtown. It runs about every 10-20 mins. Oh yea---caught a taxi from airport--about $25CAN. Lastly, I charged a $101.25CAN to my VISA... and when I got home, the US Dollar amount was $78.01---one of my best moves. Be sure and get to:
The Boardwalk; The Old City; Take the Ferry to Orleans Island; The Scenic Cruise up the St. Lawrence River; Go see the Montmorency Falls where you can Zipline and Cable Car. The is also a Daily (2-car) train that goes further up the coast (we went to BAIE-SAINT-PAUL, $79CAN each round trip. In Quebec, never saw so many Subways, A&W Root Beers, McDonalds & B Kings.
Before you go to the airport, go in mall and change your currency.More
