Well worth the visit. Spent an hour here with my 9 year old daughter. We did not do a guided tour but overheard some interesting information. Probably worth it if you have the time.

Lovely stained glass windows - unusual with pilgrims, ships, Native Americans. Fantastic light show. Don't miss it.

Went to several churches and this was my favorite one. The paintings and statues blew me away with their beauty, and the tour was very interesting. In addition to the standard religious iconography there are paintings of various seminal moments from the founding of Montreal.

There is a fee to enter (6 dollars USD or Canadian) but I thought it was worth it since the tour is free

It’s a very good place to be seen when one visits Montreal. It’s very well build and well maintained. The church gets open at 8 am (Monday - Saturday) and on Sunday it gets open at 12:30 pm.

This is the most beautiful ecclesiastical interior I have ever seen. Words really can't describe it. Lights, colors, atmosphere, organ's sound - everything is just perfect.
