So impressed with our accommodations. Got the corner king soaker tub. It’s so beautiful during the day we have city view and water front . At night it’s beautiful night sky lines.

Restaurant down at Lonnie is delicious food. All staff is a pleasure to speak with . We decided last minute to extend our stay and they were so very accommodating.

When we arrived it was noon and they let us check in early . Only thing about our stay that I’m not impressed with , is the parking system . Once you’re in you can’t go in and out without being charged. I thought if we paid the $35 dollars for the day we could come and go, however we can’t.

Other than that absolutely everything about this place is amazing

When staying in Toronto, I don't need much in my hotel room other than a comfortable bed. While the mattresses at the Delta are very comfortable (Beautyrest recharge pillow top) the sheets are not the proper size. The result is you often wake up on a bunched up sheet pile, directly on the mattress cover (never washed) or under the uncovered duvet (also not washed). I had to get up in the middle of the night a few times to remake the bed. There is nothing else wrong with this hotel. The restaurant is your average downtown hotel dining experience. Decent but wildly overpriced. If you come to Toronto and want good meals, get out of the core to the west end, where you will find far better food for half the price.

Other helpful info.

Ask for a Lakeview room at check in. The view is excellent.

This is as close as you can stay to Scotiabank arena. It is also right beside Rogers Center. If you are in Toronto to do the touristy things (games, CN Tower, Ripley's) the location can't be beat.

Room tip: Self parking is $36/day There is public parking close by, but won't be much cheaper than on-site

First time at this hotel, I decided to go all out with the Club Lounge package. Besides the perks of the package and the hotel location, the efficient parking offering was also a big selling point (clean safe underground parking... basically park and forget!).

The room was clean and well organized. The bathroom was clean and efficient, with an excellent separate shower. Complementary water bottles were appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. 46th floor made for excellent views.

The included breakfast (in the main restaurant, as opposed to the club lounge... more on that later) was good quality. Buffet selection was quite acceptable. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The location of the hotel is unbelievably good... 5 minutes walk to the waterfront and all the related activities, and right across the street from the Rogers Center and CN Tower. One block in the other direction is the Scotiabank Arena. One block north via covered elevated walkway to Union Train Station.

The open-air "rooftop" bar (4th floor, actually) is a great place to chill and listen to the awesome DJ and his epic smooth mixes. The service is great and the drinks are good. Great ambiance among the patrons. The downside is that the marketing does not make it clear that it can be hard to get in... on Friday early evening upon my arrival it was off-limits, and late Saturday afternoon we were extremely lucky to grab a spot on a couch. It would have been good to know about reservations ahead of time, but I was unsure of our schedule. No idea if hotel guests get preferred reservations.

The Club Lounge was a mixed bag. It's a pretty dead place... I was expecting something a bit more exclusive and lively. Great views but there's little reason to be there off hours... consequently, it closes at 10 pm with practically no one in it. Non alcoholic drinks are available free while it's open as well as a very limited selection of chocolate bars and potato chip / cheddar popcorn bags. Breakfast in the lounge turned out to be reserved for some elite club members (not my case) but it turns out to be extremely (!) pale in comparison to what you get in the main restaurant (included in my room package). Following the drinks we had at the open-air bar, we went to see what sort of food might be available as part of the "happy hour", it consisted of some cold cuts and cheeses and a sort of warm cheese dip along with homemade-looking chips. Adequate, but while non-alcoholic drinks remained complimentary the wine was $10+tx for a glass! So while the room itself was mostly excellent, the actual Club Lounge itself seems like it offers very little in terms of exclusive benefits.

The elevators were extremely slow. Only three of the six could access the highest floors including the Club Lounge level.

About the room: as opposed to the positive items listed above, the climate control was a bit problematic. It was functional but barely... set to 21 C, temperatures would easily climb to 24-25 C during the hot afternoons. The outlet fan (in the ceiling) had a loud rumble that I feared would keep us awake all night but it seemed to eventually quiet down once the load on the system eased up... by mid overnight the desired 21C would be achieved and maintained. The windows (north facing) would occasionally "pop" loudly due to thermal expansion/contraction, thankfully it didn't happen overnight but rather just in the mornings and late evenings. Acoustically, the rooms didn't seem very well insulated... one could hear very clearly any sort of activity from the hallway, including door closures which seemed louder than at other hotels I've stayed at.

Plenty of power and USB outlets in the room made it easy to charge devices. Plenty of storage / cupboard space as well. And again: impeccably clean!

Summary: the selling points were the hotel location, the clean and modern "club lounge" bedroom itself, the GREAT parking setup, the good included breakfast in the main room, the very polite staff, and the price was mostly reasonable. The downsides were some of the room "mechanics" (climate control, acoustics) and the Club Lounge experience itself was of little value besides the free junk food during open hours. As it stands I'd consider staying at this hotel again at a future time... if the drawbacks mentioned in this review would be addressed, then I would actively look for any excuse to come stay at the hotel once again.

Location is just unbeatable. Across the street for literally everything, even the Niagara Falls Tour, that was expensive but worth every dime (found through Trip Advisor too)
Staff is great, everybody will make worth your stay.
Front desk and valet will go the extra mile for all your needs, I got there super early and was able to get my room.
Clean, reasonably spacious double room for 3 people, quiet even though we were in a “low” floor overlooking the outdoor bar.
Valet is expensive but has in and out privileges. Self-parking only worth it if you plan to leave your car parked for more than 24 hours, Cheapest lot in downtown area.
Food was good, service in the restaurant just OK.
