Stayed here as part of a trip around Western Canada. Needed a good shower after a rafting trip nearby where we had got very cold and it met the mark. Most rooms appear to be at ground level so access easy for all capabilities. Good parking and amenities. Close to the town, about a 10 minute stroll away. Also saw elk roaming near to the railway line. Would recommend.

Stayed one night here and was just what we needed, lovely clean rooms, pool and was ideal for having a run in the morning.
Receptionist gave us a tip for bear spotting and worked a treat so we were super grateful for that!

We stayed two nights at Marmot Lodge in a room with a view of the Rockies. We had let the management know that it was a special occasion and were provided with chocolates and sparkling wine which was much appreciated.
The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There was a coffee machine in the room but only paper cups which perhaps should be expected from a 2/3* motel.
The walk into Jasper, as mentioned in previous reviews, is about 10 minutes and you pass a supermarket on the way. The supermarket is very useful as I wouldn’t suggest breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The buffet was limited and overpriced as was the evening meal. In spite of these few negatives, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Marmot Lodge.

Great welcome when we arrived at this hotel. Very nice room with all facilities & balcony.
Just be aware of midges at night if you are on Balcony in the evening. We had breakfast in the restaurant on our first morning we were not impressed at all the staff did not seem interested in diners. To much food had been cooked all at once then the warming pans did not keep food hot. But otherwise staff at reception area were most helpful. Very nice swimming pool.
