My husband and I spent the week before Christmas in a one-bedroom master suite. This was our 7th stay at the resort and once again, we weren’t disappointed. This year has been a rough one for us work-wise and it was wonderful to get away from it all. We spent 4 of our days in pool cabanas (thank you to pool butlers, Octavio & Juan, who helped us with our cabana reservations, accommodated our specific cabana location requests and helped us select the right cabana package for our needs; you helped make our vacation be just what we needed!) Dari, our server at the pool for several of the days was amazing! He always greeted us by name, remembered our orders and was helpful with suggestions. We loved relaxing by the pool and watching the whales off the coast.
The food is great at Grand Solmar and we found the prices to be reasonable for a resort, but because there are so many wonderful restaurants in Cabo, we didn’t go with the all inclusive package.
Aside from the amazing views, spacious rooms, and friendly service, we appreciate the property location and the ability to walk into town to explore, grab meals at local restaurants, etc.
We’re counting the days until we return in 2021!More
