Rocio is amazing, she dove down and retrieved Mayan pottery to show our group. A couple of guys in our group wanted to go as far down as they could and she led the way, she showed us the jump off points and they brought goggles and life vests for others. The drive back and forth on the buggies was a fun experience and she took our group photo of us all dusty. The van taking us to the excursion didn’t feel welcoming or have any branding on the outside so i felt a bit concerned, but as soon as we were dropped off with Rocio and her father any worries I had disappeared. There were also snacks, and souvenirs. I would def recommend and I would go again. The cenote was a highlight on our trip.

The Jungle Buggy Tour was a great experience. It was fun and provided a lil adventure to my trip. I felt safe and in good hands with Chris and Rocio. Both were very personable and provided a lot of great history and insight to the area and history of the cenotes. Be prepared to get extremely dusty in dry conditions during the tour. I woud suggest wearing a head covering in additon to a face covering. The stop at the beautiful cenote was a nice added touch. The water was cool which will definietly help on a hot day. It was very peaceful and serene being there. What I ilked most was the option of different start times which helped us map out our day. Additionally the length of the tour was perfect. It is always nice to get in an excursion and be back in time to still enjoy your resort or have time to do something else. I would recommend the tour to add some safe adventure to your stay in PDC.

Amazing time and must do when visiting Playa del Carmen. All the ports were closed when we were there due to high winds so a few of our water-focused experiences were cancelled. But Cris and Rocio were able to accommodate us last minute and it was so a unique adventure for my boyfriend and I. No touristy gimmicks, just an authentic experience. The cenote was empty besides our group and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Both Chris and Rocio made the experience more then fun. The stories of the culture, jungle, Cenotes and Mexico overall made it worth even more. The ride through the jungle was a lot of fun and the Cenote topped off the experience. Thank you both again

Chris and Rocio were the most gracious hosts and I have to say most understanding . We were not prepared to drive our own buggy, which looks like alot of fun, since we were both from Manhattan, N.Y. neither of us drove a car. They made the whole thing a real adventure meeting locals. The real story is a bag was left behind they went so far above what they had to return it and made sure we got back to our hotel it was incredible.
