We loved it here! romantic and peaceful. Staff was amazing. Every restaurant had excellent food! Our favorite waiter was Victor Cen at Blanc :) They have a butler on every floor to help you with anything you need during the stay.

Spent 5 nights with a friend in November. This resort stand up to it’s 5 diamond rating in every way. In general, The food and beverage program is outstanding. There were a few dishes not as successful as others but the staff is eager to make sure you are perfectly satisfied. Thoughtful & attentive service throughout. We did not participate in tours, but the spa and salon services were wonderful. Our room had a lagoon view which we enjoyed. Beautiful sunsets, plus lots of activity to watch. We plan to return next year.

I'm enjoying a bite of lunch while looking out at the most spectacular view prior to my departure from LeBlanc in Cancun.... while on the subject of food....presentation, selection and flavor!! I'm not sure why they put scales in the rooms?
Combine that with service IN ALL AREAS, that Is genuine....NO hands held out for a tip (which are included in the all inclusive package, but sometimes we need to show our appreciation)....but of course spa attendant and practioner's for sure.....pure bliss!
I wish I could mention everyone as all are tops. The standouts though...Rene, Roberto butlers, Lucinda, Lara pool concierge, Roger Guest Services, Ingrid, Valentina Diamond Concierge. Yuri, Pasqual at Belle and of course Joe...traffic manager extraordinaire.
One might say "why do you need a butler?" They are invaluable if treated in their context.

Room tip: Best room 119 121 (and above floors) private ocean view and rainforest, only birds and iguanas interrupt view.

We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Service is impeccable, spa is relaxing and very clean, rooms are gorgeous. A special thank you to our Butler, Eduardo for being so kind, attentive and professional.

It was an excellent holiday. After a long time of confinement, it was time to enjoy.
Excellent food and drink service. Everything is wonderful here. I am grateful to each of the staff.Especially to Maurtzio from Kakao, it prepares rich coffees and very friendly. Also to Alberto, Luis, Yenny.
