The shuttle driver and staff on board were awesome and professional. As for the so-called owner or manager at the end of the excursion , he was very unprofessional, rude and had a nasty attitude. We paid all this money $1400+ US to have a good time and he had the nerve to speak to us like he did. He definitely needs some courses on customer service. FYI the customer is always right when your in the service industry!
