Diamond Club Lobby was our favorite spot when we got tired of the hot sun. The personnel at the Diamond Club Lobby were fabulous! Melissa, Marissa, Monique, Kerryann, Kadjera, Anna, Jodian, Franz. I noticed the staff are very happy and willing to serve, but they encounter challenges in getting materials and tools to provide to customers. Attention: General Manager, Courtney Miller, please provide an attendant 24/7 at the Diamond Lounge making sure there are enough glasses, plates, wine, juices, fresh coconut water, etc. etc.

Our room was lovely, with a pool by the terrace. I was pleased to soak my feet or go for a swim anytime I was not near the ocean.

Bellman, Delroy, gets a huge thank you from all of us, we liked our accommodations being distant from the lobby, he provided transportation services to and from the lobby with a smile, it was so heartwarming to see his friendly and happy spirit, I will say it was contagious! He made sure to inform us of all the amenities for the Diamond Club members and we enjoyed them.

Beach lounge chairs were perfectly positioned under umbrellas and sea grape trees, excellent service from butlers and bartenders. Our drinks came constantly and the white sands with the most beautiful ocean made the setting of our vacation just Superb!

I was disappointed to find "OUT OF ORDER" facilities at the brand-new SPA, this hotel is brand new, you should not have out of order facilities yet. At the Scoops, the ice-cream freezer broke, we did not have ice cream for 3 days!!!
More Housekeeping workers are needed - Please hire more housekeepers and train them properly on how to use the air conditioning because the rooms were painfully FREEZING when returning to them.
Butlers and Servers at the Diamond Club wet bar and dry bar were fabulous! Always bringing us drinks and food to the beach, even went out of his way to get us fresh baked patties.

Sommelier, Allison, at El Dorado Restaurant, offered us GREAT Service. We purchased a nice bottle of wine for our main course. We enjoyed the Riesling she recommended for our appetizers, but when it was time to switch to our dinner wine, we asked her for clean glasses, there were no more!! I noticed the restaurant was not so busy, I could not imagine what would have happened if the restaurant was full! - Another pointer for you Mr. G.M. Courtney Miller.

We visited other restaurants, Hunter, Calypso, Armadillo, Buffett Breakfast, I must mention our server at the Calypso Restaurant, Kirk, was FANTASTIC, fun and entertaining and his recommendations for our dinners were great. Food and Hunter and Armadillo, was nothing to rave about, but service was cordial and professional.
Jamaican entertaining and shows, were painfully AWFULL!! The huge stage hosted and handful of performers! Jamaican music should be played not that horrible, loud DJ concoction. Bring the local live musicians, bring the real flavor of Jamaica into this beautiful property.

A disco will be a nice addition to the place, I did not see any where to go for a little dance.

Room Tip: Diamond Club Lobby was the best for us.

Our vacation started out real rocky but our member service ladies Tasha, Monique and Judine went all out to ensure we were pampered. We received special personalized treats and great recommendations on which restaurant to visit. We loved the steak house on night 1 and Japanese on night 3. Lovely buffet offerings for breakfast and on the nights we didn't feel like dressing up. Enough variety even for my picky 3 year old. The bars were well stocked and great staff especially Rosemarie at the Diamond club bar. Great beach, Pool, and staff. Try the Spa...it was heavenly. May return soon. Money well spent.

We have been all over the carribean and beyond and this resort is the best we have seen. It is incredible! The food, the beach, the rooms, the amazing service and the Kidsclub is unbelievable. Worth every thousand!

Thanking you for having amazing staff, food , rooms and entertainment.
A few staff members stood out a little more. A big up to Clithy for her patients and ability to jump into action when we had our room issue, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Keisha from Travel Smart for decorating our rooms, for always there for us no matter what, checking on us each and every day , and to find out if we needed anything. You are a rare find. Your customer service skills are priceless and you should be in the training and development field in the hotel.
Tasha also from travel smart , thank you for also assisting in decorating both rooms as well. Thanks for always following up on reservations and a genuine interest in our well being.
Claxton from diamond club cafe was great.( hope I got the name correctly)
Franklin from the martini bar.
The hotel is beautiful , clean and the views spectacular.
I must touch on the Culinary Experience, total disappointment. The chef was unprofessional, cannot multi task and even thought food is made on the spot, the food was cold, took too long to take the meals to the table.


See you all again in October.

From arrival to departure I received quality service and this stood out as exceptional. Very pleasant and helpful staff catering to any issue or just available to ensure you are enjoying your stay. The rooms were royal / luxurious without having to pay high end cost. I particularly lavished in the breakfast and lunch meals, the ground floor room pools...I can only sum this up as amazing and worth it.

Honestly the entertainment was not so great but that hopefully will improve over time...but not a good enough reason not to choose this as your ideal location holiday.
