Were staying at Sandals Royal Caribbean and had extra time after an excursion and our driver took us up there. Supposed to be highest point in Montego Bay and I believe it. It was right at sunset and place was empty. Not sure if it was open, no one asked us to order a drink or anything and we were not charged a fee to go in. Got some great photos. Will research it more and go again next trip for sunset.

You can smell the history here it is so amazing! It brings you back to simpler times and the architecture has a great story. This place was once owned by the Dewars family and was a plantation. The lady who owns it now is a very kind and generous host and the price is right 3dollars to get in. I spent 5 on a Red Bull at my resort so no complaints man.

Our family of 4 was part of a cruise tour excursion that stopped here for the view. So unfortunately, I can't speak to the quality of an overnight stay, although if I ever find myself again in Montego Bay, I wouldn't hesitate to book a stay. We were greeted with a smile by twin sisters whom were all too eager to share the history of the place, which I found to be really interesting. The view is by far the best attribute but let's be honest, nothing could really compete with that view. Most, if not all of the public areas are open-air and this place was just oozing character and charm. The centuries old Mediterranean influence in the architecture along with the sculptures and balustrades were really neat to see.

On the first night of our Jamaican hon eymoon in 1974 we flagged a cab and asked him to take us to the nicest restaurant in town. He brought us here to the Richmond Hill Inn which we absolutely loved! We came back to Jamaica in April for the first time since '74. We visited one afternoon and thought it was still such a beautiful place! Gracie greeted us and we enjoyed a drink at the bar with her and we walked around the grounds a bit. It has a breathtaking view of Montego Bay. We absolutely loved it here....again! Thank you Gracie for your warm hospitality!!!!

Our tour guide brought us to this wonderful property high on the hill overlooking Montego Bay, didn`t know what to expect but wow what a beautiful property with amazing views. Wish our short visit could have been longer. The owner greeted us and stayed with our party while talking to us and serving drinks at the lovely bar overlooking pool and patio.
Our friends on the trip (cruise) thought the venue was so nice they made enquiries about getting married there.
Awesome, well worth a visit. You will need taxi or other transport from bay, the hill upto property is very very steep.

Room Tip: Views are amazing, go see for yourself
