Wonderful!

Secrects Royal Punta Cana is AMAZING! Ricardo made the check in process very easy for us.
The entertainment team was also great! We loved Garfield! Spaghetti and Black Pitt are also very entertaining.
We will be back!

Drink Service

Just returned from a week of sun and excellent service from all the staff. I would like to mention our top drink server, Manuel M., at the poolside bar. Quick service and always a smile and a bit of chit-chat with each drink. Thank you for the service.

A very nice experience

I had an amazing time during my stay here. All of the staff conducted themselves very professionally and went above and beyond to ensure I felt relaxed. The front desk staff were awesome as well, especially Ricardo Santana. Had a blast here. If you are in Punta Cana I would stay at this property. It is where I will be staying when I go back.

Room tip: Get the room with the spa tub on the patio

AMAZING RESORT

I booked this resort not knowing that it was a 3 in 1 (access to Now Larimar an Now Garden) what a plus :) . I cant say I had one bad thing to say about any of the food we ate there - NOT ONE. Room was amazing (pool view), clean, spacious. We upgraded to the preferred club and totally enjoyed the perks. The staff was sooooo friendly and helpful especially-Junior in the preferred beach area, Juan Carlos the main pool bartender, Jacqueline at the buffet restaurant, Black Pete the entertainment guy and Ingrid in the lobby area, Wallington at the Bluewater Grill. They have a casino, a club, game room, nightly shows. Overall it was a great experience. Love this resort and we will definitely be back.
