There was a bit of a traffic jam since parking is limited and it is a popular sight. You can see a little from the parking level, but much more if climb the low hill. I was able to see beyond Salton Sea and Palm Springs. It is at the end of a dead end road.

Unfortunately on the day I visited, the smog were covering the view just slightly so I couldn't enjoy it much. It was particularly windy but still with what i could see, it was gorgeous.

We enjoyed the view and even saw a rattlesnake about 3 feet down over the sidewalk wall. If only the view could be smog free!

Had just done Ryan Mountain and these views were better.
You can see Palm Springs, The Salton Sea and so much more.
It's wheelchair accessible and there's plenty of benches and large rocks to sit and admire the view.

Thank Anthony C

So many sights can be seen from here - the San Andreas Fault, the accidental sea, Palm Springs etc. It is also cooler here in Summer with breezes from the mountains. Can also see snow capped peaks on the horizon
