Only had the coffee which was a good blend, went in the afternoon for a catchup with a friend. Service was slow due to new electronic order system at the main counter. Was very busy and difficult to nab a table. If you don't like dogs, do not come here as this Cafe is VERY dog friendly. They have speciality bread which looked interesting on the menu. I noticed most people only having coffee and not eating.

I have loved having lunch in this place over the years but the last couple of times were not so good. I would have driven for miles to get there just for their Baked Poetry Cafe Staff Salad - always a very large plate laid out with some wonderful healthy items on it and whatever special bread was wanted. This time a medium sized bowl was plonked in front of me with the ingredients all squashed together, no bread and I had to dig deep to find the one mushroom. Why do some eateries spoil themselves when a firm favourite is altered, decreased in size, appearances and ingredients. Will not go for that for a long time.

Good coffee. Very popular with locals so that said a lot for us to have breakfast here. Good size servings and good coffee

The young Asian lady who took my order didn't even smile , you can't run a cafe business that way. The coffee was good , the chairs are comfortable, the surroundings pleasant. Seems a popular place , just need a smile .

We are fussy eaters and we like clean fresh food and we found it here in spades.

Top quality food and service.

It was a cool day so we enjoyed an early lunch today enjoying the quaint surroundings near the beach. Definitely a place we will revisit next time we are in the area and food which we both highly recommend
