Film, joom and Kate were so lovely and friendly couldn’t do enough for me highly recommended comming here staff are so welcoming and polite and the best location right on the beach. Food and cocktails are a 10/10 they have the best carbonara I’ve ever tasted !

Excellent stay at Thavorn. Location is great, Paradise during the day and by night, great connections to patong beach within 15 min.
Staff make the experience and we are very happy with the service that we have received. In particular, Jan from the hospitality department has made us feel incredibly valued by teaching us the local language and taking the time to remember everyone's names. Security at the front of the hotel also have all been amazing and probably don't get noticed enough for how effectively they look after guests. Thank you to all staff!

If you book a beach bungalow, well, the beach is littered with plastic. So disappointing.
We were really looking forward to relaxing on a beautiful beachfront as depicted on the Thavorn website for beach bungalows. The plastic littered everywhere made us sick at the sight of it. We have just been in Koh Samui, and we saw pristine beaches. This is disgraceful. No other way to describe it.
The rooms are clean, but very basic, and they lack any feeling of luxury.
The gardens are lovely and the mini animal farm is great.
I feel that for what is advertised online, you do not get the bungalow you think you are getting. Again, we have stayed recently in Koh Samui and Khao Lak in beachfront bungalows, and they were a thousand times better than this one.
This is my opinion, but I know many would agree.
