Description: Paresa’s signature restaurant offers diners something special, with breathtaking views from its clifftop setting and great food to accompany. Our Thai and International chefs create simple and wholesome cuisine, focusing on the quality of the ingredients sustainably sourced through trusted local farmers, fishermen and producers of fine ingredients. Chef Franko, our Korean/Australian Executive Chef, then adds his touch with a sophisticated and distinctive cooking style learnt whilst training in France. Talung Thai’s cuisine and chefs were awarded a Michelin Plate in 2019 and 2020 for their results. We have merged Diavalo and Talung Thai into one area offering open terrace and inside seating.

Both the Thai and Italian restaurant use the same space, half open and half covered. Really gorgeous views of the ocean and cliffs from high up. Excellent service. Great choices of Thai dishes, including some local to Phuket. There are a number of set menus also in addition to a la carte.

This fabulous Thai (with a dash of Italian) restaurant is a remarkably underrated venue with the most extraordinary views at sunset. We stayed in a large penthouse at Andara nearby over new year for 8 nights but were very disappointed by their local restaurant Silks. Buried in a blog I found Diavolo, only a short trip from us - and we have now visited on two consecutive nights (and there may be a third!)

Just the most amazing view at sunset perched high on the cliffs around Kamala. Some of the better cocktails we’ve had on this trip - and a happy hour 5-7pm that captures the sunset! The Thai dishes are fantastic, with the best produce and beautifully prepared - our Sea Bass on the first night was the best fish either of us have had here in 15-20 years. The wine list could have more options by the glass, but beyond this, we were surprised by the quality and that this fabulous restaurant isn’t as well known as it should be.

We are pretty well traveled and after 7+ decades it takes quite a bit to knock another restaurant out of our lifetime Top Ten, but Paresa did just that. From the moment we walked down the stairs past reception, it was magical. The view is simply breathtaking, but it is wonderful when the food and the service live up to the view. With unparalleled vistas the sophisticated Asian atmosphere puts you in a perfect frame of mind to enjoy either their continental menu or their Thai menu. Four of us all opted for Thai choices and no one was disappointed. The soft shell crab appetizer was a particular favorite and the curries and stir fries were a treat as well. Their well appointed liquor and wine menu provided a myriad of delicious choices. Prepare to be wowed!
