For most people choosing somewhere to stay in the chosen holiday destination is a shot in the dark, fingers crossed and hope for the best. As this is the most important choice after the destination. Well, that shot in the dark hit the bullseye with Mamfredas. What a lovely place, with attentive and happy staff. If your destination is here, then i would definitely recommend here also.

We have stayed at The Mamfredas for 4 years in a row. We have booked up for June 2018.

These Villas are beautiful, you’re not overlooked, always get the sun no matter what villa you choose and are cleaned daily by amazing staff.

On arrival you have a welcome pack of food and drink.. Which is superb for early morning or late night flight arrivals. The beds are very comfortable for Greece & aircon perfect! The ensuits come in very useful with a family of 5 and always have lovely Olive products to use.
The pool area is perfect & the surrounding gardens. Even a spot of grass for the son to play a hot game of football with the husband.
Villas are cleaned every single day with fresh towels around the pool and inside the villa. Villas smell beautiful after.
You are spoiled for choice for restaurants and bars and the beach is a 5 minute walk away.
Mamfredas staff are the most friendliest Of people and that is why We return year after year.
It surely is a hidden gem.

Thought I may mention our stay recently as a few people have said negative things that just are not true,
First off all towels inside and out are changed every day without fail, beds every other day but made every day, cleaning every day very good, pool checked and water tested every day and night without fail,
Our holiday just came back from second stay this year, fantastic time, the people who own these look after you, they even sort your taxis to and from airport ,fill fridge with pop and beer, come check see if you are ok, very nice well mannered people, the kind you would want to liv next door to,quiet villas ,shut your door at night that's it until next morning, villas have. Everything you need,
If you want more than this you may need to choose another island,
Some people's comments about villas close by, yes 30ft away all in a 50 pence piece shape but no one troubles you the most you hear is kids in pool just enjoying there holiday, nothing wrong with that, outside area is clean ,gardens are immaculate, restuarant over the road is quiete, and owned by same people, streets are nice, very close to beech, not far to main shops, supermarket in same street,
These may not be the cheapest villas but you pay for what you get ,no hidden nasties,if you want a villa on any island with no neighbours at all you need to go miles into the mountains and be on your own, this is our 5 th year in tsilivi, this is the best on offer only one other hotel I would recommend,

Room Tip: Left side have most hours of sun

These villas are great if you want the flexibility of a villa holiday without the need for a car. They are centrally located in Tsilivi and walking distance to all the resort facilities (beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc). There are 8 villas in total in a circular formation, so if you are looking for something ultra private, then these are not for you. We did have some noisy neighbours for the last half of the week and this did get annoying at times. The Villas themselves are immaculate. 3 double/twin bedrooms all with ensuite, a nice patio area on the upper floor. The ground floor has a large kitchen/diner and lounge area. Outside are the pool and outdoor dining area. We were travelling with an infant and it was perfect. All floors are marble so these can get dangerously slippy if you're wet. Added bonus was a washer/dryer and the very generous welcome pack that included bread, fruit, butter, beer and ham/cheese

We stayed here at the beginning of September for 1 week. On arrival we were greeted by the receptionist & shown to our villa. The villa was spotless, very spacious & modern. You receive a welcome pack which includes bread, cold meats, fruit, soft drinks & beers which went beyond what we expected. The staff are so friendly, and always pop there head in to see if you need anything. The cleaning staff were fantastic, cleaning & replacing the towels daily. The pool area was lovely & so relaxing with comfy sunbeds. The villas are vera central , only 5 minutes walk from the beach & the resort centre. There are plenty of shops right on the doorstep. The Halfway House restaurant is directly opposite the entrance & the food was amazing & very reasonably priced. We ate there on our 1st & last night. (book a table to avoid disappointment). Summertime bar is right round the corner & does a great breakfast. I could not fault these villas. Even though they are central there is no noise from surrounding bars. They are a little on the expensive side, but I think they are well worth the money & would certainly return.

Room Tip: Each villa has there own barbeque which was great. Also for shopping use the Carafor in Tsilivi.
