This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I travelled a lot. The hotel has a nice picturesque territory and spacious rooms. The beach is fantastic, best in Mallorca, it has never been crowded. But the best thing that makes this hotel excellent is service and staff, everyone from the reception, restaurant and room service were very attentive. I would like specially to thank Hristina, who was looking after me and was always very helpful with any request or question; also special thanks to Gloria, who was very pleasant and helpful with spa reservation. I am also very grateful to the waiters in the restaurant, everyone was very attentive to my tastes. The food in the restaurant was delicious with wide choice. Thank you everyone for making my holiday so memorable!

We went for four days, 3 nights and we had an amazing time. We had a really good experience in the hotel. The food was excellent, attention and the facilities are great. We each had a massage in the spa and it was really good. The beach was calm and beautiful. We scheduled a SUP yoga session at the beach next door. The hotel is located in a great place. We went to a few of the chiringuitos in the south and a few of the restaurants at the north. You dont really need to get out of the hotel as you have it all inside of their facilities and their people are great. The sauna and indoor pool are great.
The room was very comfy and had everything we needed.

We stayed at Parc Natural for a week as a couple. As other reviews have said, this is a resort hotel that lives up the five star rating. The level of service is impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff are unfailingly polite and cheerful. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms top notch. The food is superb. I recommend trying the daily a la carte option at dinner - fine dining quality. They are small portions, so fill up at the buffet while you wait for your ordered food to arrive. The only problem we had during our stay was with mosquitos - those tiger ones are insatiable! The hotel provide anti-mosquito plugs in the room but we still got bitten a lot during the night. I didn’t ask if they were available, but I think mosquito nets might be a good offer to guests as global warming is only going to make this problem worse. We first visited this end of Arenal 20 years ago and are sad to see that most of the independent boutiques, fine jewellery stores and independent restaurants we enjoyed then have disappeared. There are few decent options for lunch within walking distance. Luckily the beach bistro at the hotel does excellent lunches at a decent price. Thank you, Parc Natural for a wonderful stay!
