We booked for April 3 nights directly with Anna. Because of the Virus all flights have been cancel. So we can't cone at all !
We asked to be refund a few at least 50%. The host refused as she said it was a little hotel.
We totally understand her point of view but big hotels having lots of cost as well.
Also, we booked directly to avoid them fees, like 20% of fees they could with Booking, Agoda,etc...!
Big company like Airbnb accept all the refund and some others hotels chains too. It's very unacceptable under those circumstances to apply 100%.
She refused also change the dates, she said : "For us offering new dates, is the same as making a refund, as we loose the income for the new dates we would offer you" ️!!
Unprofessional behaviour at all !
