This is a casual and informal restaurant in San Francesc serving some of the best (the best?) pasta in Formentera. Mateo and Francesco run the front of house with gusto, and Julia is a genius in the kitchen. She and her team concoct a variety of marvellous pasta dishes using seasonal ingredients, mostly sourced from local producers but also with Italian imported delicacies like the marinated artichokes that Francesco offered us as a starter when we were last there for lunch. The wines are to die for if you have the means (Tignanello, Sassicaia and so on) but with a good selection of more affordable gems. Whether it's for a casual lunch or a more formal dinner, this is the place to go.
