A wonderful place - beautiful (new) rooms, superb views to the Dolomites and Colfosco village. Very nice breakfast and fantastic half board. Super friendly staff. Trekking paths, funiculars and interesting Dolomites places close by. We loved it!

Such a wonderful surprise! Everything was perfect : greeting on arrival (the lady was so helpful and smily), the room (the new suite with sauna) is incredible and the view from it is a dream. Normally we never take half board but we did as t was included in the rate and again what a surprise : so fine, great service and amazing view from there.
In the morning , you can have coffee from there over the mountains and you can spend so much time looking at them...
One last word : we will definitely be back!

My adult daughter and I had only 2 nights to spend in the Dolomites in Italy, and we wanted the full mountain experience, not a chain hotel in a city near the mountains. Nature Hotel Delta is way out in the country with mountains completely surrounding you in all directions. Yes, there are some other hotels nearby, and from the balcony in your room, you can see the village way below, but - you look in every direction, and you see amazing mountains. One reason I picked this hotel is that there were hiking trails that start right outside this hotel that were fairly level, which is important to me due to fibromyalgia, and my daughter was also having mobility issues at the time. So, there is a nice fairly level trail for people who are less physically able - I can walk, but wanted to see the mountains without the necessity of doing something really strenuous. We are able to walk to a little stream and to a waterfall,l and a lot of beautiful scenery. If you in good shape physically, there is lots more you can do, but for us, the walk to the waterfall was wonderful. (If you do have physical challenges, do not take any of the large loop trails but just walk to the waterfall and come back the same way - it's a beautiful walk, and we found out after we decided to keep on, it would have been better had we not. Beautiful, but - too much for our limits. But we have great memories of this place. Every room has a balcony with great views. It is very, very clean and comfortable and nicely, simply decorated. Tiny vases of mountain wild flowers at the dinner table. The included breakfast was plentiful, delicious and with many choices, in a very pleasant dining room. The evening meals were optional and featured local specialities which we loved. It's a family run restaurant, very friendly and helpful people, good English. The man at the front desk did advise me on the best route for a walk due to my limitations - but my daughter wanted to do more than we could. But - it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. We got here by taking the train from Innsbruck through the Brenner Pass, and that whole journey was beautiful also. The Dolomites were amazing, and this was a great place to get in the midst of them. There is a lot of skiing here in the winter, and in the summer, there is hiking and a lot to do for adventurous healthy people who have more time and energy than we had - My daughter and I would certainly go back and stay longer if we ever get the opportunity. This hotel does close for a break at the end of summer, until the ski season starts - we were there right at the end of September before they closed, so it was especially quiet with fewer guests, and apparently fewer choices for supper, though we were well fed and enjoyed the food. Our room seemed large, and maybe it seemed larger, too, because of the balcony which we enjoyed. It was very clean and comfortable. We had to leave early before breakfast our last day, and they fixed a large food back for us, very generous, to keep us going through our travel day - soft drinks, sandwiches, I don't remember it all now, but very good and much appreciated.

We spent a weekend in this incredibly nice hotel at the end of July as we were invited to a wedding in Colfosco.

The location of the hotel is amazing: you wake up, open your window and see an spectacular view of Colfosco and the valley where it is located. Just for this, stay in the hotel is worthy. The rooms are good, very comfortable and well equiped, I would only add some other kind of curtains, because on sunny days there is too much light in the room from 6am (but just a minor thing).

The service in the hotel is excellent, friendly and responsive to our requests.

We also tried the breakfast, which was good, with excellent variety of coffees and very good scramble eggs (both on demand).

I would recommend it without hesitation.

Also take into consideration, that the hotel is outside Colfosco, which means that, if you want to move after 10pm, you would need a car.

I located Nature Hotel Delta after scouring multiple review sites and trying to find a good price in the area as well. I am so happy I choose this place. One minor down side is that it is not right in the village. You can't walk out the door and to restaurants or stores but you won't care! It more than makes up for it. I swear. You can easily walk a small trail that is about 1/4 mile to get to the village though.

It is recently remodeled and the rooms are nicely done. A lot of natural wood. If you are fortunate enough to have a room with a balcony, the view is stunning. We took advantage and sat outside multiple times. We went back for lunch one day and ate there.

The family that runs the hotel is also so welcoming. They are friendly, easy to talk to and willing to make suggestions on where to go, what to do, etc....

Breakfast had a nice selection of cereals, pastry, yogurt, meat, cheese, fruit. There was juice, water and milk to drink. They also would make you eggs, if requested. You can also order an espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc...

We plan to return to this area and this will be where we choose to stay.

One side note, in case you have never traveled in this region. There is only a fitted sheet and duvet. As it was August and warmer, I needed something lighter. You can request a top sheet and light blanket and they will provide it. There is no AC in the room but the nights cooled down quite a bit and we just opened the window and that was sufficient.

Room tip: We were in room 12 - it was right over the entry but that didn't create too much noise and the view was wonderful!
