Recommented to do reservation because fully booked every night. Unknown menu is interesting every time. Not for boring people. Lovely lady of the house. Decoration is colorfull and calm at the same time.

Friends recommended "no menu" to us, so we visited early May at the start of the season. The atmosphere is an eclectic mix of African meets Greek meets health spa meets middle eastern souk.
Very friendly and charming staff and a very passionate chef who really cares about using fresh ingredients.
We had 2 fish and 2 meat dishes to share between 4, bread and a bottle of bio wine (17€ but worth it as most Greek wine is a challenging experience).
We had a surprise cocktail to start with, which was great.
All the dishes were very well cooked and seasoned - we stuffed ourselves and still couldn't eat it all.
Dessert was a mixed plate of 3 different desserts and again all were really good.
Overall the prices were reasonable for the food and expensive for drinks - the entire evening cost around €120 in total for the 4 of us.
Highly recommended if visiting Nydri and you want a change from usual taverna fare.

Decided to give this a try based on tripadvisor reviews.
Very warm welcome explained about no menu.
We eventually had a lasagne like starter with very varied salad followed by pork knuckle with chicken and small spicy sausages and a potato to share
We opted to have a dessert, like a tiramisu consistency but like strawberry trifle.
Washed down with 500ml wine. Very nice food and service in a rustic environment, something different but don't go if you want to know what you are going to eat

No Menu was recommended to us as a good place for veggie options. Of course they fully cater for omnivores, but apparently they are also able to supply something other than the normal items to be found in the typical tavern. It’s in the (semi-) pedestrian strip of Nidri, not far from the south end, and extends a long way back from the road and actually provides a very peaceful and serene venue. I assumed that the name was something of a gimmick; you know, there’s no printed menu but the waiting staff will amaze us by reeling off a long list of menu choices…

No. Luckily we fully introduced ourselves when we arrived, that is: “a friend recommended this as place for good veggie dishes…correct, no meat, no fish, nothing that had a mother.” Maybe it wasn’t luck, and maybe your culinary/dietary preferences would have been elicited once we had been seated. Because the no menu thing is for real. There is no menu, there is no “you could have this, or that”. Food just starts being delivered, and keeps on being delivered until you raise your hands in surrender. A very different concept. It works only because the food is of such a high standard; prepared with great care and attention. While it may be be everyone’s cup of tea, and I have to admit I was a little concerned at first, it certainly worked for us.

So, it was very different, but also very, very good. We ate well, we drank well, the service was subdued and excellent, and the bill was very modest. All-in-all a great dining experience.

The acid test (that is, would I return): yes, certainly, and we fully intend to.
