A lovely hotel with beautiful light wood decor in the seafront restaurant and bar area - a wonderful place to have breakfast in the morning, with lots of recliners and beach beds to enjoy the sunshine during the day and the sunsets in the evening. Staff very unobtrusive, you need to wave them across when you wish to be served, etc.
We stayed in a bungalow (No.12), room was lovely with beautiful dark wood decor and high ceilings. But only downside is the presence of the farm next door, roosters/chickens and geese making a lot of noise from 3am, you will benefit from ear plugs to get a good night’s sleep! Recommend requesting rooms to the north / closer to the beach. We mentioned this to reception and hotel management were very sympathetic to us, and we were happy with their proposed solution.
All in all a brilliant couple of days staying here - the food was excellent too albeit slightly more expensive than surroundings, but is of improved quality.More
