I found Piranha divers when I started my researching for a trip to Okinawa. I chose them for a few reasons. 1. The reviews 2. proximity to the property decided to stay at and 3. offered to have transport to dive sites.

Jan was very responsive to all my communication from first communications. We had email at first then through WhatsApp. When it came to finally arriving and having weeks of setup in advance, it was a very easy process to deal with Piranha Divers.

We met Jan and we were introduced to who would be our dive guide for the week, Bas. Everyone was super friendly and answered all of our questions. We discussed how we will work out the dive days. We had a car but they offered us transportation to and from dive sites. We took advantage the transport and after each dive day, Bas offered us to join him for lunch, before returning back to shop. (Lunch is not included). He took us to some of his favorite places and they did not disappoint. We had a nice variety of restaurants and each one was delicious from noodles to taco rice.

We were able to keep our gear at the shop to rinse and dry until the next dive day. They have cleaning and drying areas. It was super convenient for us as bring back our gear to our hotel each day would not have been fun.

They even have DPV dives. Which we are already experienced using them since we own our own back home.

Our dive sites were amazing Mermaids Grotto as well as the USS Emmons (must be deep and advanced certified for that). Our DPV dive was spread over two dive sites and it was one long dive.

Definitely would use Piranha again. Highly recommended and the experience was worth it!!!
