I never had this experience and I felt so at home, as in this place. More than people, they are a family. My thanks for the opportunity to meet them all. Moana, Denzel, Bishop, Phoebe, everyone. I love them and soon I will be back

Absolutely loved my stay at the Phat House. I couldnt fault it and i would never stay anywhere else in Hakuba. The staff went above and beyond from picking us up at the train station when we arrived to nightly shuttles into the township, they were super friendly and made the place feel like a second home. They knew how to kick the night off with their Chu-Hai's from the bar which turned a quite night in, into abit of an adventure. The actual accommodation itself was really well setup with the rooms having a very generous amount of space, the common room was a awesome area to meet other travellers and have a few drinks with the boys. I highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to the area. I will be back next year without a doubt.
Came to Phat House on a Monday for Mexican food and it did not disappoint - chicken and cauliflowers tacos were amazing. Really warm vibes all around. Free shuttles between the Phat House and Phat Packers (were I was staying) was excellent and really made my holiday easy!
Definitely for the younger folks although we (middle aged) still had a good time.
Well positioned and the staff are happy and love to serve. Nothing was too much.
Good heating and our room was huge for two people! Very clean and varied menu if you want to eat in.
Liam deserves a 5 star review for his hospitality, he is a legend and deserves to labelled as one. Props man. The card games we played were ones to remember, he took it home in every round. Give this man a discount on his tab!
Our first time in Hakuba, and we were greeted by the friendliest team at the Phat House. They really are perfectly equipped for a snow trip and couldn't be more helpful with shuttles, advice, everything. It's a real social vibe, pop downstairs to the bar and chat to randoms who quickly become snow buddies. The bar has great specials every night and the food was fantastic. For those on a budget, 7/11 is a 10 min walk down the road for supply runs. The outdoor hot tub was great for mending the muscles. We liked this place so much we extended our stay by 2 nights cause we didn't want to leave! Thanks guys and girls, see you again next year Phat House!
