Owner description: Original in product, bold in flavours, and audacious in branding, Megalomaniac crafts wines of distinction—but with a touch of sass. Resting upon 120-acres on top of the Niagara Escarpment, Megalomaniac provides outstanding views making the winery a must-see attraction.

This winery has quite a large tasting area and shop. There are stations for you to dress up in he bolar hat and take pictures too! The wines are uniquely named and have something for everyone to try. We ended up paying for our tasting and not purchasing wine just as it was a bit above our desired price point. However the wines were quite good. The winery also has quite a large patio and parking lot for big groups.

The view is spectacular, wonderful tasting area and wine store. Great wines, my favourite Homegrown Riesling. Great, knowledge staff and reasonably priced.

We went with about 20 people for a wine tasting and tour. The manager on duty was awesome – answering all of our questions, making good drink recommendations, and taking photos of our group for us – he really made it special for us. We enjoyed the private room and the beautiful views from the patio.

The white wines we tried were all unique and memorable. The tasting was substantial and the staff took the time to explain the products. If you can get beyond the price of Canadian wine you’ll probably want to buy a couple bottles.

Situated on a high bluff, with amazing vistas. Wished we were there in warmer weather to sit out on the deck and sip fabulous wine. Veronica was very knowledgeable and helpful, with our tastings of some of the wide variety of wines available. Our favourite was the Pinot...
