The owner and every staff try to do the best for the guests.

I am writing a review already during the stay because we are disappointed with the attitude of the staff. The location of the hotel is amazing, really perfect. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are renovated. Quite a nice spa and sauna outside with hay is really beautiful and unique. Breakfast is easier here and dinner is not always as we expected... We are here as a family (8 people), the attitude of the staff hinders us the most. We travel a lot and we have never experienced staff like here. They don't say hello even once, they have a very unprofessional attitude, they forget to bring us food for one person in the evenings and we wait another 10 minutes so that we can all eat together... without any apology. When we want to ask something, we feel as if all the employees here are working hard. Andwers of the type like "what" or "hhhmmm?" are absolutely unprofessional and rude, sometimes I feel like they only want money from you for accommodation and they don't care at all about your stay... We had a power outage in one room, a lady from the staff (probably the manager) came to fix it and nothing, no apology or anything, like nothing happened... So we definitely won't be coming back thanks to this staff. We have already been to the Dolomites several times and will definitely choose another hotel.

Our stay at Alpenhotel Panorama was simply great. Everything went so well and smooth and we felt very welcome. We were a family of four and our room was just what we needed which consisted of a main bedroom two beds on the upper floor for our children, a nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony facing the magnificent scenery of Alpe di Suisi. The view is majestic. The staff at Alpenhotel Panorama were more than helpful and always met our requests with a gentle smile. The food is great with a very good buffet breakfast in the morning and a tasty 5 course dinner in the evening. The spa, sauna, gym and all other amenities at the hotel were very convenient and beautiful. Our kids enjoyed the bunnies and Lamas around as well as the playroom available at the hotel. We are very happy to have stayed at this hotel and can recommend it to anyone considering it.
