This with out doubt is one of the best camp sites in Spain. The attention to detail by the owners is in a league of its own. I look forward to visiting again in the near future I would recommend you pay this site a visit.

We stayed here for one night on our way from Spain to France. Great location and walk along sea front. Dog friendly beach 15 mins walk away. Beach probably not ideal for kids as pebbles and steeply slowing but didn't worry us. Word of warning we drove in with our caravan and got stuck trying to get back to reception and had to unhook. Better to park outside entrance first!

We stumbled across this camp site by chance in 2015 - the Aire we had planned to use was full and am I glad it was! This is a lovely family run site, nothing too much trouble to the owner. This is our third stay and every year we are not disappointed. It is compact, pitches adequate for our motorhome, the friendly owner appears to consider size of van when he chooses your pitch. Facility block is kept spotless, plenty of hot water for the showers.
The restaurant is a must visit, food cooked by the owners wife and ambience is top class.
A short cycle trip to town for essentials/ coffee and coastal rural (nature area) walks nearby.
Will be back, very soon!

Camping Estanyet is a lovely little site on the outskirts of the little town, Les Cases D'Alcanar.

We stayed in a caravan and managed to get ourselves a really good sized pitch, though it did appear that most of pitches were a little on the small side. There are olive trees, orange trees, some patches of grass with fine stoney aggregate on the pitches. Not easy going beating awning pegs into the ground!

Toilet and shower facilities are nice and clean. A washer and drier are onsite. No drainage or water on the pitches but they are only short walk away. The restaurant has some groceries including bread, water, eggs etc.

One thing that deserves a brand new paragraph is the food! We got a take away from the restaurant and it was the best food ever at a very reasonable price! Just absolutely delicious.

For me, there was some good mountain biking in the hills to the west, and with the beach across the road from the site, it's great for evening walks with the dogs. The sunsets can be absolutely incredible.

Shopping etc is best done a short trip down the road in Vineros. There's a bazar, Lidl, Hyper Super Market amongst others.

It was a lovely stop for us over the festive period and we'd definitely stay again. Very competitive price out of season if you contact them. They gave us a discount as we booked ahead (a week or so) and they were quiet.

Unfortunately the weather did not suit cycling but the site was excellent with helpful and friendly owners. However our camping car did not appreciate the tree sap falling after tree trimming in November. The shower facilities are super and of course the site is open all year - a big plus!
