we stayed here for 2 nights. very close to LEGOLAND Windsor and Thorpe park. We also walked 5-10 minutes down the road to get to the train station so we could get to London for the day £40 on a group saver ticket instead of family ticket meant we saved over £5 weirdly?
nearby there is a massive Tesco, we bought our dinner for one day out from there and there is also a greggs too nearby which we bought dinner from on another day. we also bought ice creams on our way back from London from the Iceland £1 for 4 rather than £3 each in London! we got tea one night from the Chinese takeaway about 5-10 minutes walk away bit further down from Iceland and Tesco. if money is no object you can eat in the Chinese buffet restaurant opposite the hotel however at £18 plus drinks per person it was very expensive! we ate all our dinners for 3 days, and all our evenings meals for the 3 days for same price as 4 of us to eat there for one night!
The hotel itself is lovely and clean, every area was immaculate for cleanliness. The staff were amazing special mentions to Chelsea and Libby. All the staff were lovely but these too ladies especially made extra effort for us as a family.
We did not need our room to be made up so asked the cleaners just for milk and toilet rolls which took us speaking to 3 cleaners to be understood! in the end we just took off the trolley what we wanted and they said yes.
we did not have our evening meals here but we did have breakfasts. there is a lot of choice and kids eat free which is great. cereals, toast, crumpets, croissants, cooked breakfasts, tea, coffee, fruit juices, the list just goes on and on! one day there were 2 chefs and everything replenished very quickly however second morning long waits for cooked items but generally very good and very nice.
the car park is a good 5 minutes walk away, however there is cheeky little back street cut through too to make it more 3-4 minutes. at the end of the day the fact you can even get free parking is amazing so we were happy with that.
beds for everyone else seem to be great however due to only being 5ft 2 it is a pain to get on and off the bed as they are so high. I have to say though I slept very well once up there!
i do find it odd that you can not open your windows at all though, and although air conditioning does work well its not the same as fresh air! also we did hear a lot of doors slamming shut and people running down corridors etc not as sound proof as other premier inns we have staying at.
would we stay here again most definitely!

This hotel is within great proximity to Thorpe Park, this is why we booked it! It is located on a street with plenty of restaurants and take-aways, We parked just outside due to not being able to find the car park, but this didnt matter as we were leaving early in the morning!
Breakfast was lovely, although the girl working seemed rushed off her feet, acting as the receptionist, the greeter, clearing the tables, topping up the breakfast stock that was running low. She was lovely and extremely professional despite all of this. The room was comfortable and everything you can expect from a Premier Inn.

We stayed here for 3 night with family in May 2018. Excellent hotel, new and clean rooms. Good facilities, parking is free but 4 min walk from hotel. One can use the parking behind to drop / load the luggage - 1 hr maximum parking. Good selection of items in breakfast.

I have been to this hotel 4/5 times in the last 2 months. Staff cannot do enough for you, they are very friendly and approachable. Rooms are as you’d expect from a premier inn. Parking is free off site in a secure multi story with a short walk - there are allocated 1 hour bays right outside so you can drop off, check in and then move your car to the car park. Would highly recommend!

With all Premier Inns you know you are going to get a good-sized room, a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom. What more can one wish for? Perhaps it would be nice if one could open the windows, especially in hot weather, but there have been improvements to the air-conditioning, which in Addlestone was in perfect working order.
