In the Marche there are a lot of restaurants that bring the local kitchen, among them Restorante Dei Priori is one of the best. The veal prepared on wood fire is simply stunning (in my opinion one of the best in Italy) and prepared with a very light and tasteful pepper sauce. But also on preparing pasta Angelica (the cook) can make wonders: try spaghetti cacio e pepe, penne all Amatriciana or the famous pasta Angelica they are all exquisite. On top of all this prices are low and service done by Antonio and Andrea is perfect. If you are looking for outstanding kitchen at a very affordable cost with a great and personalised service do not look further: this is the place in the province of Fermo. It has become our weekly friday evening venue.
