One of the best hotel in Rishikesh to stay with good service and rates... They are really good in hospitality. Rooms have enough space, neat and clean room. If you are thinking to visit Rishikesh just go for this hotel.

Just close eye and book it. It's cheap and yet nearly provides 4* hotel services. Rooms are superb. Lift is superb and specious. Owner and Caretakers are very helpful. We booked 5 rooms for my family. If you are couple/friends, take room situated on tarrace. Tarrace is the best part of stay with huge mountain view and windy experience. Its nearby Laxman zula. Go for it.

The team at the hotel made our stay extremely comfortable and pleasant when we checked in here for a day after our char dham Yatra. Excellent location, delicious food ( don't miss the awesome tea!) and warm hospitality by the team led by Mr Chetan- were the main high points

We were returning from an exhausting char sham Yatra and hotel Shivay provided us a clean, comfortable room to rest in. The location is close to Laxman Jhulliam and offers lots of trendy eating joints which offer diverse options. Staff was very attentive and prompt with any requests.

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel. Rooms were smelly and need lots of work. Very low light in the rooms. This hotel really need up-gradation. Staff is really friendly and I gave one extra star because of staff. They are really helpful.
We booked one room at the price of around Rs 3500 per night which is very high for this kind of property.As per the rooms, price should not more then Rs.1500 per night. I would not recommend this hotel for this kind of price.
Room tip: There are no good rooms in this hotel. All are dirty and smelly rooms.
