Pros:
1. Room was good and comfy
2. Staff was courteous

Cons:
1.Hotel is in small interior roads and there are no name boards on the main road. Difficult to find
2. Food was OK but the milk in the restaurant is suspicious. Hope it is not adulterated.
3. Do not take the Rafting operator recommended by the Hotel. He is a cheat. Charges 1800 for just 4-5 still photos and 2-3 small videos of few min each. Not even a Go-Pro camera, but a cheap Chinese clone. I had paid a few hundred rupees as advance and when i saw the photos and videos, they are a total waste. Refused to pay the balance and told him to keep the photos for himself.

For some reason, every customer leaving this place was happy. While waiting at d reception for our room to get ready and seeing all those happy customers rose our expectations of this place. But once d room was handed to us it was sheer disappointment. It's an old property, so everything is dull. There was this foul smell in d bathroom, which was unbearable. When we complained at d reception,they put some antiseptic,yet d prob pertained, we literally had a towel on our noses every time we had to use d loo. Thank God we booked d room only for one night, we ran out d next day. Rooms r too small, nothing cozy about them. Gave it three stars only n only bcoz of d staff who were very helpful n friendly. Rooms are a big no no. They have a in house restaurant, nothing great about d food either. There are better budget friendly hotels in Rishikesh
