Very pleasant hotel to stay in.
Location is great because it's in the direct city center!
Since we were staying in January, I have to say that the room was very warm!
Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the monument in the city square.
As well, is very convenient for the smokers or just to get a bit of fresh air.
The room amenities are good, however minus is the lack of iron in the room which I consider an essential, as well as the bottled water and the kettle for some coffee or tea in the morning.
The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed regularly.
There was no room service menu so you don't really know what can you order.
Also they should have a room service 24/7.
When ordering from the restaurant that is located at the top of the hotel(which is a part of room service) they are often busy and redirect you to the hotels cafe which I find a bit unprofessional. If there are any celebrations in the hotels restaurant, you can not even get the food or you will wait for it forever.
Also, when there are celebrations in the restaurant, forget about resting and sleeping because the noise is huge. Minus for that as well.
Wi-fi in the room was not that great, it was slow.
Parking in the hotel is free however small.
Even though is in the city center still do think the rooms are a bit overprized honestly.
Staff is nice and welcoming, very pleasant!
Overall, apart from the above things missing, which I mostly give for improvements, this is one of the best hotels to stay in Kraljevo!

I understand that in a small town like Kraljevo you dont have many choices but the owners of this hotel should try more to satisfy their quests. The carpet in the room was old and should have been replaced. The options in breakfast do not provide any variety and in case you are a vegan like my wife then there are not any options. Even the fruits that are cheap in Serbia were not provided in a number to satisfy their quests. When we asked more fruits during breakfast the personnel was very rude.

I was for one night there, check-in and service was very nice. Big minus is that they could not offer us twin beds, although we asked for them. The breakfast is very basic, which for the food-loving Serbia is strange. The hotel is clean, rooms are very good. Location of course is perfect, at the very center.
