We had the rich Chinese ramen, (kotei chuka soba こてい中華そば) and the salt pork bone soup ramen (shio tonkotsu soba 塩豚骨そば). The kotei was too kotei (rich but heavy, with fatter noodles).
The char shu (sliced pork) was too thin and dried out on both.
The salt base had a nice hint of bonito (katsuo), but was still nothing special.
I’d drive over to Oboshi next time.
