We traveled to Arniston for a 50th party and stayed two nights Friday and Saturday at the hotel. It has an excellent location with direct views of the sea and we had sea facing rooms. The room was very spacious (1 and a half rooms) with a fireplace. There is free wifi. We ate breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel. The hotel walls are decked with local art and historic details of the wreck of the Arniston - Arniston is the only SA town named after a ship wreck. The hotel infrastructure is functional rather than luxurious. I would highly recommend for a weekend break for SA locals or for foreign tourists wanting to see a unique South West coast seaside town.

Room Tip: Sea facing

The hotel is perfectly positioned with a beautiful view I overlooking the sea. A good spot for whales I would think. I would like to go back to visit the fisherman s village and the cave and beach- this must be done on the low tide. The staff were very friendly and the food delicious and well priced.

Great place to stay. There was sherry in the room, we got a chocolate turndown and there was even bubble bath in the bathroom! Full bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. And milk in the fridge for the coffee. It was the little things that made this one stood out from all the rest and an awesome stay!
