Our first night in Cetona, we wanted to grab a quick bite and this was the perfect spot. We had insalata caprese with the freshed tomatoes and a giant mozarella ball, followed by two wood fired pizzas. The pizzas were perfect - thin crust, blistered around the edges, with fresh toppings (proscuitto toscana is highly recommended.) They also have a great craft brew selection from a microbrewery in Montepulciano in the event that you need a break from the Brunellos and Nobiles of the region... we had too much pizza and literally noshed on leftovers for three days -- and it was still good the third time around! Nice spot for families as well as couples and friends -- relatively fast service. The pizza guy really knew what he was doing over by the oven and when he wasn't spinning and putting toppings on the pies, he was tending the oven to it's right temperature
