Flew from Madinah to Tel Aviv in Economy. The service was average, seat room was ok and to my surprise they served meal on a short duration haul.

The cabin crew was rude. They where offended when you had to go to the toilet, during a three hour flight. Their English was unintelligible and they read out the safety instructions from a smartphone, it was so fast that you couldn’t understanding any of it. During our flight the fasten your seatbeld sign lit up, the crew became instantly nervous and jumpy. Nothing happened, barely some turbulence but they acted like it was going to be a problematic flight.

I have a flight from Tehran to Adana And passengers experience on of worst and dangerous landing without any bad weather. I will avoid any flight booking with Atlasglobal Airline! :(

Business class on the plane was a pleasure, large leather seats in a 2 x 2 configuration food was plentiful and better than BA for sure, check in could be better, at Stanstead you have to just go to the front of the queue and tell the staff you are business, make sure you get the paper passes for express security, the lounge at Stanstead is basic but that's not the airlines fault, on arrival at IST look for the minibus to take you to the terminal, likewise coming back get the passes for express security AND passport check, lounge basic, remember the minibus from gate to plane, nice touch. Fly from LHR guys and I will happily pay more!

This is a OK airline for flights under 5 hours. The food is okay, the crew are hard at work to keep things in check. Don't expect individual entertainment center at your seat, nor pillows or blankets, they don't provide any of them. The seat quality and the average leg rooms are in mediocre to barely OK range. Overall, I found it a good budget airline for short flights.
