Not full flight. Had open seat between my wife and myself. Because of my status on United I do not have to pay extra for priorities. Crew was good. Several runs of service.

This is not business class for a 5 plus hour flight. Food on the morning flight passable. Food returning from mexico an absolute disgrace. inedible. Shame on Delta

Our flight boarded efficiently and on time. The flight attendants were friendly and helpful. The food was good, although the portions were small. Large selection of movies and entertainment. We arrived on time and all our bags made it.

It seems like flights within north America are always delayed. Flight from Toronto to Phoenix connecting through Chicago---everything was delayed making this a VERY long day. Seats were so uncomfortable dirty---there is no room to stand on these small planes. Take a tip from the Asian airlines who have great service and planes with seats that still have some cushion left.

United took care of my MIL the whole way. She even had a layover in Denver and they took great care of her the whole time. She never had to stress about anything. Moved her via wheelchair and were kind and timely. Flights are on schedule and smooth
