I was on the call for 2 hours last night, first guy hand up after 30 minutes of stupid questions and not doing anything. After another 20 minutes of waiting another guy came and talked for 30 minutes again and then said he needs to escalate this to higher level and asked me to call back today. I called in again today about two hours ago, the first guy said he has only 15 minutes to talk and he hang up. the next guys without any notification sent me to Arabic center and the I'm still on the call after 1 hour and 45 minute. All to change one simple ticket. The worst customer service experience ever. I would never deal with them again.
