Our connecting flight was pushed back a day but they only did it at 11pm the night before, for a 9am flight. Only found out at airport as didn't have roaming mobile pass in Bosnia. First flight wasn't cancelled so would have meant being stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours with no Turkish visa, pretty unacceptable. Email said operational reasons or weather, but I searched the flight and it said fully booked on their website so really they just bumped us. We also had a similar issue on first leg but at least they gave a month's notice. Once I challenged the staff they managed to book me with a partner airline so only 2 hour delay, but meant sitting in Sarajevo for 5 hours. On board they were fine, but don't think I'll ever use again as both ways had issues with cancellations and also Istanbul airport is shockingly terrible (1 hr free wifi using your passport) and expensive (even by airport standards), I was not expecting that, so yet another disappointment.
It has been 10 days since I returned from Munich to Moscow. My luggage, 25kg, has been lost by the company. And there has been no feedback on the search process so far. The luggage was lost for many people flying with me from Istanbul. The flight from Munich was delayed for 1.5 hours (everyone was sitting in an old stuffy plane waiting for someone who changed his mind about flying and unloading his luggage from the plane). Flight 2 was delayed for 2 hours (everyone sat in the plane waiting for two guys and afterwards the plane lost its departure corridor). My ticket Moscow-Munich-Moscow cost 1050 Euro, and there are no guarantees that you arrive on time, receive your luggage safe and have professional clients support service from the company. Finally, I hope that my baggage will be found, and the company will overcome this huge crisis it is experiencing in international destinations. Alexandra Nikiforova
Useless customer service, starting from the bots on the website, bots on whatsapp and absolutely unhelpful customer service humans on the phone. I tried to change my flight online for hours, it said there was an error. I called, waited for hours, spent £15 on waiting on the phone just to be told "they are not sure why they cannot change the flight." I tried to add sports equipment to my booking. Once again, impossible on the website, on the app, via the bots. I call, wait and spend £10 on phone charges, just to be told "we are not sure why we cannot add sports equipment to your booking, you can only do it at the airport but no guarantee whether you can take it and how much it will cost". When I tried to challenge this (I spent nearly £2000 on the flight, sure I can add sports equipment considering the only reason I am going is to use said sports equipment), the customer assistant hung up on me. Unbelievable - this airline is like international Ryanair.
Very disappointed with the services.
I was just dropped from the flight at 1 am and thay told me the flight was canceled.
Later i found out this is not true. I was just dropped because flight was full.
No one couldn't explain why
