It’s the worst airline i’ve ever flown with, the food service is extremely slow, they only serve you food 2 times in a 9 hour fly, and in other airlines they serve you food up too 5 times in a 9 hour flight, and are more concerned in your commodity. When I landed in the airport I had 2 hours to get my bags, do my check in, document my bags, and get on my next flight, so I was i bit of in a rush, I saw a personnel and asked him if he would let me cut through the line or open a different desk just for me so we could speed things up because my flight was leaving in 1 hour, he said to me “uhhh sorry I don’t know what to do” and he literally left, so I had to look for someone else because apparently he didn’t know how to do his own job. Once someone was already attending me, i told them i needed to buy another bag because they only let you one bag in your ticket, and they told me that i couldn’t buy another bag because they’re policy works different, the way they do it is by charging you excess baggage, these people charge more that 45 usd per kilo, they wanted to charge me $990 usd for a bag which i think is insane and no airline should EVER do that, I told the lady it was really expensive and she said “yeah very expensive” then i told her I would need a discount and she gave me a 9 kilo discount which reduced it to $585 which i told her was still to expensive and was inhumane to charge that for another bag, once I got to the boarding gate the flight got delayed, once I got on the plane they gave us water and food like 3 hours after us boarding, and they gave us food again six hours after. Also the food was disgusting. If you really want to be treated just like another customer go ahead fly thai. But there are so many good airlines, so don’t chose thai.
