Complete disaster with delayed flight (10 hours). Was offered a voucher for 200 dollars, and when asking if this really was what they thought a ten hour flight delay with terrible handling from ground crew was worth, on a full fare business class ticket, customer service stopped responding.

So disappointing.

Have since changed to other airlines with stopovers, just to avoid this airline.

We have probably taken Thai Airways 8 times (return) over the last 5 years, and now go about twice a year, so bad costumer service is not acceptable.

I traveled in economy. I am 6'1" tall and had plenty of room in between seats. The food was OK and tasted better than some I have had on United business class. Bathrooms were clean and no smell. Food service was OK. These reviews are kinda biased against Thai Airways. I found them to be better than alot of US airlines and definitely would fly again on them. Sorry you got such a bad rap Thai Airways. I would definitely fly you again.

Yesterday, I received bad news that my mom was sent to the hospital for spinal cancer surgery. Early this morning, I went to my office to request urgent leave. I bought a plane ticket for a flight at 14:55. I wanted to see my mom as soon as she came out of the operating room, but Thai Airways made me wait until 15:40, after which the flight was canceled. I am Thai, and this is my first time choosing Thai Airways for travel. I am very disappointed.

The airhostess was rude As hell lol
I did not know what I even did to her
I asked how to recline my seat cause it was my first time travelling to Bangkok so I asked her then she sarcasticly showed me after that she started being rude to me asking to put my juices back in my bag and ordering me to close my window shade I mean it's her duty to serve me at least she can be polite or say please 🤦🏻‍♂️ plus she was wearing a mask so i couldn't even identify her. Damn that's my first and last on that plane

Terrible experience, Could not even believe that the Thai Airways staff asked us to go for other AIRLINES and suggest not booking with THAI AIRWAYS for such small situations. (weight over 6kg, they charged and forced us to pay 10,672 INR), upon our request to talk with their senior team members, they called some other staff, i think the name was something like SANOOJ or something, he was even worse, so I was wondering if he really was their senior team member or not. To my understanding the senior person should be knowing how to handle the situations.
There could be some better way to handle the situation instead of just saying move to other airlines or leaving your extra luggage at the airport. worst customer service experience from the Thai airways staff at Delhi International Airport, could not believe it actually happened.

I am wondering how the company will survive if the staff say this to all of their passengers like this and all their esteemed guests consider moving to other airline options; They do not even think how they will get their salaries if all passengers started to move to some other airlines.

If any senior management staff of Thai Airways reading this, request them to provide more training to their concerned staff. We have travelled many times with Thai airways and never had any such experience like this before. For now we have started to consider other airlines options.
