Flew back from Kona, Hawaii back to Denver, Colorado on September 19th. brought my Drone with me to see some of the waterfalls on the Big island and got some great drone footage but on that flight back home my whole Remote and Drone (DJI mini 3 Pro with the digital display remote) where crushed from something! The Mishandling of customers belongings/valuables is absolutly unacceptable! I have loved Southwest for years, but this is the first instance they have been not even helpful at all and are just ignoring me at this point. Take care of your cusomters pleae and make this right! These guys are unprofessional. The boarding guy was arrogant. They herded us on like cattle. 50 people on a 737-800 and it was a very uncomfortable process. First time on Southeast. Hopefully last time

I have traveled 7 times this year. SW has cancelled connections in every one of those flights. Then they cancel your boarding group making it difficult for families. The boarding groups BS have to stop. They need to assign seats.

Lawanda offered great personal attention in my Southwest experience! She is what Southwest is all about. Southwest is my favorite domestic airline

After security, I am in the waiting area where there is not one available seat. It’s very crowded. I’m 70 years old, in good health but this is very tiring. My flight is late so longer waiting in this unpleasant atmosphere. Because I got my ticket just 2 weeks before the flight it was over $800.00. Still I get a #50 for boarding, even after paying the early fee for check in. I assume SW has a plan for this overwhelmingly congested area but in my experience, it has been like this for a long time. I don’t know how SW gets a high rating. This is one of my top worst airport/airline flights. It feels against the fire code that so many people can be forced into this high density holding area.
