I’m an A lister and fly 2 to 6 times per week. I’ve utilized SW mostly because they usually have a time near when I need to take off/arrive.

Due to take off at 9.50am. Looked at all the reviews before choosing southwest as an interconnecting flight from San Francisco to Vegas after travelling 13 hours Brisbane to San Francisco.

They found a small problem with the plane which happens and no one wants to risk flying with an issue. Problem was they took so long to decide if it was an issue we had mostly boarded before they offloaded all of us.
Then the said the needed a part, had found one and it would be 30 minutes to an hour.

2 hours after that they say "good news" the part has left Oakland! What the hell?

It's now 1.10 and we are supposed to board at 1.30 however no updates.

All about money, they surely could have deployed another plane?

Worse experience with a US carrier. Staff smile alot however cannotnor are unwill to do nothing

This was the worst plane trip I've ever been on. At first we were delayed by more than and hour. We were worried we wouldn't make our flight and a worker at SJO southwest said if we didn’t make it they would give us hotel vouchers. Finally our plane arrived and they had us line up, however, then they said we couldn't leave yet and we waited for another 4 hours. When we finally landed in Texas we were told to go to the help desk for our vouchers. When we got there they told us they couldn't give us vouchers due to not having rooms in hotels (which was a lie) and told us we had to pay and find our own flights. They also blamed it on the weather for us being late, which was not true because the entire reason our flight was delayed in the first place was because the plane broke down in Florida before coming to get us. We never got that voucher and Southwest has betrayed my family. This was supposed to be a fun vacation and now it has turned into a nightmare because of Southwest.

I have a booked a business class cost me $880 I have find out there’s no business class exist. It is open seats. There is no benefits to pay three times more. I was ripped off , I had called and complain. I was told someone will call me from the headquarter more than two weeks. No one ever called me

Southwest has really gone downhill. Used to be my preferred airline, but this was the last straw and my last flight I’ll ever book with them. The plane was initially delayed for over an hour for an undisclosed reason leaving us close to missing our connecting flight out of Houston to Denver. Then they didn’t even have a SW gate available for the plane when it got there so we had to wait for a Spirit Airlines plane to come in, hook up, deplane and move back out of the way so the SW flight could pull into their spot which was another hour and a half. Then by the time they got everything situated for the SW plane it started raining and we were delayed yet again for an hour. They then boarded the plane and we literally sat on the plane for another hour and a half while they waited for a gas truck to fill up the plane. They then rebooked our connecting flight for 5am the next morning like that was convenient. They then made a million excuses and didn’t give us anything for our
