Absolutely the armpit of ALL airlines. They are NEVER on-time because they overbook and/or flights wait for other flights to connect, with some coming from weather stricken locations. The flight was late leaving CA, landed in Phoenix, then off to Houston, because God forbid they offer more direct flights. I am so sick of SWA, enough that I will pay more to have a better experience. I purchased the ticket for my sister, who will now be 2 long hours longer than her already LONG DAY! I had a similar experience in June, where I left Oakland, CA for Portland, then off to Dallas and then Sarasota, WHY?????? Are they trying to piss their loyal patrons off? They do it because they can't fill the flights anymore, so they inconvenience the loyal customers. Not ANYMORE, DONE!!

I travel on a flight from montego Jamaica to Rochester new york when arrived at Rochester airport my luggage damage I went to report it and explained I am disabled and won't be to do what he is asking me to. I was treated badly and spoken to in a disrespectful manner left me feeling embarrassed because I got a disability.

AMATEUR HOUR...flight was rerouted on the tarmac to add "a couple hundred miles" to avoid storms and these morons did not have the extra 20 min worth of fuel on the plane so we taxied back to the gate only to sit there until the storms actually showed and flight got delayed further...been sitting on a hot plane with no AC for 2 hours now and still at the gate..100+ peoples plans/days completely ruined because these morons did not start with enough fuel..not to mention the chance every person on here gets sick from the crappy air circulation with the plane not moving for hours. It's 102 degrees and I will never ever fly southwest again. Better of with Spirit or Frontier. At least you get what you pay for the they understand how to operate an airline in 2024.

The customer service is very easy to hear, to talk to, and they can find the flights to fit your needs. She did much better than I can do, and I do this all the time!

I wish Southwest flew everywhere. More Montana stops. Maybe more Wyoming. Rapid City. Nebraska.

I fly Southwest then rent a car to drive to the Plains destination that I need. I'm nervous to try another airline, even if the tickets are cheaper like Frontier.

SW lets you take your stuff, change your flight without restrictions, and I've never been delayed or bumped. I fly a lot.

I suffer renting a car so that I can fly SW. I hope to SW extend to more of the Great Plains like Rapid City, maybe Missoula, Wyoming, Nebraska. But... to keep the really low prices.

I have to fly my kids with me, so I need the low prices.

Had to book the Communist Airline due to employer contract. Southwest is not equipped to fly to Honolulu. The plane was undersized for the flight and had to be landed in LA just after takeoff to refuel.

The flight boarded extremely late and boarding instructions were extremely confusing. In addition the gate attendant tried to tell me my children couldn’t board with me. I tried to get his name and employee ID information and he refused to give it to me.

I’ll never use this airline again.
