Dear Southwest Airlines, you talk a lot about LUV, but I am sorry to say you failed miserably on that front.
My family had a simple request for some needed compassion. Instead of understanding during a pretty challenging situation, we got yelling and mistreatment.
Here is the story. We asked to allow my family with a cerebral palsy daughter and two minor children with autism to pre-board together. You see, getting our daughter out of her wheelchair with all her tubes and gadgets takes many hands. Leaving behind kids with autism to accomplish that feat just didn’t make a lot of sense to us. But, Southwest apparently felt it was best to split us up and treat us extremely rudely for asking.
Our lesson — and a lesson for anyone that needs a little extra support — do not fly Southwest. I would hate for anyone else to experience what we just did.
To start with I have lost count of how many time my flight was changed. Then getting ready to leave for the airport and get a text that my flight was cancelled. Was rebooked for the same day which is good, but got up at 2 in the morning for my original flight now leaving at 3pm instead of 7am and getting in much later. 1st and last time to fly with Southwest
Southwest is THE WORST AIRLINE EVER
THEY SHOULD CLOSE WITH THE DELAYS OF 4 hours and changing of flights. NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My wife and I checked our bags into Southwest after a week vacation in Cancun. Once we returned home, we realized we had around $400 worth of items stolen from our check luggage. The rest of my family had over $1000 worth of items stolen (clothes, hats, perfumes, colognes, etc).
